According to Harvard, one of those studies that they do from time to time, procrastination doesn’t come from laziness, but fear of failure.

Read it again.

The problem is not laziness, but fear of failure.

This is why reviewing that Power Point is a priority compared with calling that client that doesn’t pay or is about to be closed.

This is why you start by reviewing your emails instead of something more productive.

This is why you defer that conversation with your boss, for another moment, and you go and write an email to someone.
