If you are the person in the room that knows the more, you have a problem. Well… you, your business, your boss or your company. It doesn’t matter. Many feels comfortable in that situation. I’d say even more. Many are terrified of that not being the case. They hire people based on “being more stupid than themselves”, “being younger”, “have less experience”. That’s it.
