Why not looking for shelter

A few birthdays this week. And you know what. People get older. Time passes by… but they do not necessarily grow up. ​ As Robert Kiyosaki once said “Many people run from mom and dad’s shelter to the shelter of a company or the government”. ​ Take government and you can exchange it by “a company”, “a secure job”, “a long term project”… ​ Too many people spend their lives looking for guarantees and spend all their lives avoiding risk, avoiding growing up, and always looking for a surrogate “parent” to take care of them. ​ I always thought that growing up was about taking responsibility. Learning. Progressing. Doing better. Being free. ​ It’s interesting to see how when we are children, we want to be free. Leave home. Live by ourselves… and then, we look for the same safety in all we do… ​ Unfortunately, as you have done, as I have done, our school system, our universities or colleges are still founded on the idea of grading higher those who do not make mistakes. ​ Learning without doing mistakes is impossible. Learning from successes instead of what brings you to success, a fallacy. ​ The wisdom is in those that walked the road, fall, learned, moved on to repeat until they arrive somewhere. ​ In the course below, there’s lots of wisdom. Many mistakes, costing government and the private sector many millions. ​ Still… many focus on avoiding mistakes instead of learning and improving and taking the opportunities that those mistakes bring to you. ​ Take a look to these mistakes, before it’s too late and I remove this course from the pipeline. ​
