You won’t see the money even if put in front of your eyes

When Bill Gates crossed the border from the United States to Canada some years ago, the customs agent asked him if he had anything of value to declare. ​ He pulled out a stack of floppy disks wrapped in rubber bands. ​ “This is worth at least $50 billion,” he said. ​ The customs agent shrugged, thinking he was talking to a nut and let the richest man in the world pass through the border without paying anything in taxes. ​ That bundle of floppy disks was the prototype of Microsoft’s Windows 95, and actually… it was worth more than 50bn. ​ With money, with finance, education and practice are critical. ​ You need to be able to see those opportunities… and to know when to jump on them when put in front of your eyes. ​ These numbers may help you to do that… the value of how much money is there to be made on real estate deals is much more than 50 billion ​

When I had no money, I spent my days around people who criticized others. Now that I have a little money, all I hear when someone talks about others is: “I love that guy,” “He’s brilliant,” “What a machine”, “Qué huevos tiene”, etc. Failures focus on hating. Successful people focus on admiring—and finding people worth admiring. Failures assume malice. Successful people assume kindness. Failures obsess over what they don’t like. Successful people are blind to what they don’t like. Failures...

Yes, in a piece of paper. Have it next to your screen, desk, or whatever. Read it every day. and every time a stupid shows you his stupidity through his month. If that sentence does not make you jump out of your chair to do something productive... you simply have no blood in your veins. That's all...
